Does have some dirt and dust in places from being in storage.
There are some marks in places as shown in the pictures above.
There are no rips or nicks in the seat as shown in the pictures above.
Comes with the allen keys under the seat as shown.
All the mounting points are in good condition and intact.
Does not come with any fixings or brackets you will have to use your old ones.
Please look at the picture provided carefully as they will show 
the condition far better than a description can.
