WWII Replica sling for the German DSM Deutsches Sportmodell series of .22 training rifles. This is the pattern with the sliding buckle.  The sling is copied off of an original sling in my collection that came on a Mauser DSM.  This model of sling is pictured in Robert Simpson's Training rifle book on pages 17,81,129, 327, and 404, Made of saddle leather, stitched with natural linen thread in the same pattern as the original.  Leather is dyed brown, again just like the original slings.  The bottom of the sling has a single hole for attaching to the button opposite the sling slot hole.  I make the slings myself, from cutting, to dyeing, to stitching.  I have been making these slings for over 40 years.  Original slings are impossible to find and would be 3-4 times the price of this sling.  I make slings for the following German rifles:  IG1809, IG 1839, Dreyse Needle Guns, IG71, Kar.71, JB.71, 71/84, JB71/84, Gew.88, Kar.88, Gew.91, Gew98, Kar98AZ, Kar98b, Kar.98a, KKW, and DSM.  Check out my other listings.  Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
