This listing is for a nice new with tag New Era 3930 Stretch / Flex fit minor league baseball hat for the Arkansas Travelers.  This is size adult L/XL.  I wear a 7 5/8 fitted and this fits but not tight.  I would recommend this for a fitted hat size of 7 5/8 or larger.  Check out the pictures.
