Vintage JLMENAU ECHT KOBALT Germany Cobal Blue FLORAL Center 12 'Plate Numbered.Hand enamelled. Scalloped with heavy gold trim. There seems to be a crack that runs around plate , but doesn't go all the way through .(check photos).Flower patter is Beautiful .
