Solid One piece nut for aftermarket alloy wheels.

This nut is used for Toyota vehicles that run an M12 x 1.5 nuts and have an aftermarket alloy wheel with narrow nut holes. 

However, if you have an Original Alloy wheel that requires a Flat Seat, we have those available in our store with a part number of "DC230" or "DC231", we would recommend replacing like-for-like.
