This vintage advertising pencil says The US National Bank, An Oregon Bank Serving Oregon.  I believe the case is Bakelite.  Fair pre-owned vintage condition - chain has some rust, and pencil case has a 0.5" little divot that looks like something hot melted it slightly.  Will come to you securely packaged in a bubble mailer.
