We are pleased to present an antique 1849 hardcover book entitled "Lyrical Songs, Idylls and Epigrams" by Johan Ludvig Runeberg. THIS BOOK BELONGED TO HUGO TAMM, Nils Hugo Withmar Tamm (5 September 1903 – 9 September 1990)^[1] was a Swedish diplomat. Tamm served as Swedish consul general in Berlin 1953–1959 and ambassador in Israel 1960–1963 as well as ambassador in South Africa 1964–1966. 

The book is autographed by Hugo Tamm. It came from his home in Sweden, which is now the Nobel Peace Headquarters.  It is in good condition for its age.  The binding is tight and the spine securely in place with all the gilt in very good condition.  The pictures are part of the description and all items are presented as found.  Please ask questions prior to bidding.    Code #  KJK  (L/MV)     9-11-2023
