For this reason it is also included as standard in a wide range of high reed manifold valve kits. It goes without saying that the stock RD350 reed valve also blocks separately. In addition to the original 4-petal reed valve block from for YAMAHA we can also offer a slightly cheaper version from BGM. Both blocks are equipped with GFK plates as standard. These ensure excellent response without reed valve flutter occurring at high rpm. With Boysen lamellar plates, we also offer a special add-on. In their two-ply design, these high-performance and exceptionally durable tuning plates offer excellent response throughout the entire rpm range. For the TASSINARI 8 petal reed valve block, limited modifications to the crankcase and filing the connecting piece are generally necessary. You will be rewarded with an intake cross section that is effectively double the size and greatly improved filling of the engine housing! The block was designed TASSINARI without limiters. This also ensures optimal supply with the fully loaded mixture. In the PRO SERIES range we also offer MRP stuffers made of very robust ABS plastic material which fill the dead space of the reed valve pack. They create a clean, linear transfer from the fitting to the petal reed valve and thereby reduce flow turbulence in the reed valve. This allows a high flow speed and therefore leads to an increase in performance. The spacers, which we stock in the PRO SERIES (2.6mm thick and 12mm), give the RD350 reed valve another kick. By extending the intake duct, engines gain support and obtain more torque through shifting the useful rev range. Clearance problems for the carburetor in the frame can often be easily solved by changing the position of the intake manifold.
