This listing is for one cemetery plot located at the Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville, Texas.  The plot is located in the Garden of Sunset, lot number 160, space 2 (attached is a map of the cemetery).  The price includes one plot, but does NOT include a $395.00 fee to Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park to transfer ownership of the plot to the buyer.  Once payment is received for the plot, the deed will be sent to Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park where the Family Services Counselor will contact the buyer, collect the transfer fee from the buyer, and create a new ownership deed of the plot and any other required paperwork to send to the buyer.  If there are any additional questions please do not hesitate to reach out to me.
