Once payment is received, we will submit a letter to Pinelawn, to get everything transferred and they will issue a new deed. It could take 30-60 days for everything to be reissued through the mail, but it should be quicker than that. I will be in contact with you throughout the entire process as everything progresses.

There are fees for the transfer and to get the deed in your name, I will be taking care of these fees for you!

This plot is located in a highly sought after area of the cemetery.

Only selling this plot because our family has made other plans for their funerals.

Upon purchase and completed payment, I will send you a letter with proof of purchase as the process of transfer occurs. Once the transfer has completed you will receive a package including the deed and all required paperwork. The full process to transfer ownership may take a few weeks but we will be in contact throughout the entire time.
