- SHIPPING -

Shipping is via FedEx Ground or Home Delivery. We are open and ship Monday through Friday (except holidays). All orders will be shipped within two business days, usually the next business day. Orders over $200 will have an Indirect or Adult Signature required when shipped to any location, including your local FedEx store. We only ship within the contiguous United States (lower 48 & DC). FedEx will not deliver to PO boxes. We can only guarantee delivery to the original address on your order. Please check the Return Policy section if your shipment will be delivered to a freight forwarder. Local Pickup is available, but you must show ID that matches the name on the order.

- PRICES -

Our prices are fair and firm. Messages requesting a low-ball offer or discount will be ignored. We strive to offer the best prices on eBay, and we will price match other eBay listings if you provide a link to a currently available item that is the same model, same CPU, similar specification, and similar condition. Our listings with multiple quantity should have a volume discount. The maximum volume discount will be for four items and up.

- RETURN POLICY -

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase If - for any reason - you are not, please let us know via eBay message within 30 days of delivery, and we will work with you to make it right or accept the item back for a full refund. NOTE: We can only accept a return from the address your item was originally shipped to. If your item is shipped to a freight forwarder, we can only offer a return from that original address. Unless you are willing to ship the item back to the freight forwarder on your own dime, we cannot offer any return or refund.
