Iceland Moss is a fairly widespread plant in Europe and on other continents, which has other names: Cetraria, Eryngo-leaved Liverwort, Iceland Lichen. Since old times, people from Iceland have been used the properties of this beneficial lichen for assisted feeding of weak, and exhausted ill people.  Thus, the name etymology is Iceland moss or “bread moss”.

Iceland Moss is useful for colds, bronchitis, asthma and gastrointestinal problems. It eliminates exhaustion after prolonged illnesses, loads and stress and increases immunity. Polysaccharides, which are part of Iceland Moss, provides an enveloping and astringent effect that helps to remove toxins and restore the mucous membranes of various organs, blood vessels and other tissues of the body to normal.

Iceland Moss is an effective and pleasant remedy for maintaining and preserving the health of the whole family.
