Q. Do you guarantee your items to be as stated?

A. Yes. All items are guaranteed to be as stated in the listing,

For example -  If we state a pendant is made from 9ct/9k gold then the item has been tested and guaranteed to be a minimum of 9ct/9k gold.  If we state the stone to be a Diamond, we have tested the stone and guarantee the stone to be a diamond.

Q. Do you guarantee against faults?

A. Yes, we guarantee our items against faults not stated within the listing.  We offer the manufacturer's warranty where applicable on new goods and a 30-Day warranty on all other items unless stated otherwise.  Warranty is against faults only and excludes any fault stated within the listing. To make a warranty claim please contact us with the details of the fault and a photograph of the item/fault to arrange the return of the goods to our store. Q. Will you discount postage charges?

A. No. All postage charges are charged at Australia Post rates, we do not profit from postal charges and only charge you what it costs us to pack and post your order. Don't be fooled by advertisements stating "Free Post" as postage is not free it is just worked into the price of the item.

Q. Is my order trackable during post?

A. This depends on the postage option you choose at eBay checkout.  Parcel Post, Express Post & Registered mail are all trackable services.  Any item posted using a letter service or International Economy Service is not trackable, therefore any items shipped by any of these services are shipped at the buyer's risk.

Q. eBay said my order will arrive by a certain date.

A. The estimated arrival date stated on eBay is to be used as a guide only.  eBay automatically generates this date based on various factors but fails to allow for public holidays, industrial disputes, natural disasters, global pandemics, peak postal season such as Christmas, and the possibility of customs processing delays for our international buyers. Please be patient your order will arrive.

Q. Do you guarantee my items will arrive by a stated date?
