This was an estate item so I'm unsure if it was actually used or not, so I've listed as used. I did test w/batteries (easily accessible on back) and does work. Batteries not included. There does appear to be dust/debris under the plastic and marks on santas beard. Packaging shows a lot of wear. Please see pictures
