Truly Outrageous Lipstick is a rich and creamy, extremely bright, bold pink that’s reminiscent of the iconic 80’s pop look. It comes in a hot pink plastic tube with an embossed holographic lightning bolt like the Liquid Lipstick Set. Its velvety formula glides onto the lips with ease and is completely opaque in a single swipe or two. Its comfortable to wear the entire day, feels somewhat moisturizing and sets to a fairly semi- matte hot pink. It does, however, have a slight sheen to it, which makes it more wearable and easy to wear.
