Woo-hoo! This is the GOOD STUFF! In all my years of collecting SOM I believe that this season was the best looking set of cards they ever printed (SOM Black? As if!) because of the semi-gloss finish on the Basic side.
These are the ORIGINAL release cards set up for Basic & Advanced play only! This 24 card Strat Baseball team is in Very Good to Near Mint condition, inventoried, sorted, & complete! They are rested, tested, & ready to play again! This is a great PLAYER'S set!
1. Brett's card has a thin light red off data pen mark on his Basic side at the top right corner through"pitcher." No game data affected whatsoever.
2. Parker's card has a small very light spot on his Advanced side that touched on his data vs. RHP at 3-4 & 3-5. All game data is really easy to read & highly playable. His Basic side is perfect.
The other 22 cards are in Near Mint condition.
These were printer cut & hand collated cards produced by Strat-O-Matic before going to the perforated, tear-'em & sort-'em yourself format. They are in spectacular condition especially for being 47 years old!!!
