APP Connection

Open the Smart Foam Roller App, and click the button to connect the device. When it works under the APP mode, the color of level of vibrating is all blue. And it can't be searched for and connected by the bluetooth while charging.

The foam roller exterior holds it shape and is still comfortable. The vibration gets very strong and and has a couple different settings. This comes with exercise suggestions and they are all great suggestions and it's easy to come up with your own. Great quality and durability.
