The Stage6 Big Racing cylinder is a racing cylinder developed specifically for supermotards. The completely convincing and innovative tuning cylinder will get you a huge increase in power, especially in combination with the matching exhaust included in the package, the Stage6 R/T 80 - 90cc racing exhaust.

The cylinder features a rather simple and inconspicuous exterior, but we all know that appearances can be deceiving. We're talking about a genuine "Big Bore" here – the cylinder layout is not based on a modified standard model that was milled open to create a larger bore, but was designed as a Big Bore from the start, with matching transfer ports and a fairly bridged exhaust port large enough to support excess performance. The exterior is a replica of the original cylinder stamped 49cc; Don't worry, this is definitely a 77cc cylinder!

Installation is very simple, no milling of the crankcase or any other modification is necessary. The squish clearance is preset to a value optimized for the respective engine type.

In terms of power, the BigRacing cylinders knock it out of the park - we measured well  23 HP And 13 Nm on our P4 test bench with standard setup (24 mm carburettor, original ignition, racing exhaust, etc.).

The port timing is relatively low, the cooling system volume is quite large, and the piston is a high-quality Vertex piston. All these factors contribute to the high reliability and robustness of the cylinder, provided that the configuration and adjustments are appropriate.

Note: we recommend using "long" cylinder head nuts to tighten the cylinder head correctly. You should use a reinforced crankshaft with standard stroke.

The already very powerful cylinder is completed and supported by a Stage6 R/T 80 - 90cc Minarelli AM6 exhaust, a high-end exhaust specific for tuned Minarelli AM6 models.

This is a classic racing exhaust made with carefully hand-welded sheet steel cones with a high quality silencer; this is the red version, other colors are available. As usual with high-end systems, the exhaust has a so-called racing finish, which means that the body is unpainted and untreated.

The exhaust ensures maximum power across the entire rpm range and is specially designed for powerful cylinders with displacements from 80cc to 90cc. This is basically the most you can do when it comes to 2-stroke tuning, so if you want to turn the horsepower of your moped up to 11, this is the exhaust that will make it possible.
