Super cute and comfy, casual, skater dress in a Doctor Who theme. It's perfect for fall weather and very stretchy! Pair with a cardigan or twill jacket for the cooler days and style with flats or ankle boots! Wear a petticoat underneath to better show off the TARDIS. This dress was a lot of fun, but I'm ready to rotate it out for something new. Discontinued.
