BADGER METER Mfg Milwaukee USA Water Brass metal cover STEAMPUNK PAPERWEIGHT.  Very nice antique vintage water meter with cover.  Mounted on a wood base, with felt on the bottom.  Probably a paperweight, perhaps for a retirement gift.  Excellent condition!!
