Vintage,   mid century.   This belonged to my grandparents, they used it for document storage.   Super clean inside and out.   Made by Climax.  There was not a tray for this.  3 latches, all work.   Good handle.  No key.  Very nice vintage condition, with expected patina - see photos - what you see is what you get.
