Part is used and in good, usable condition

The fine print:
I will be happy to answer any questions you have. I will happily combine shipping on multiple items.
Multiple shipping options will be available if possible: Parcel post for less expensive shipping or Priority Mail for 2-3 day shipping.
Please note that Parcel Post is slow. If you choose this option, please don't blame me for the speed of your delivery!!!
I ship fast! Also note: sometime priority is cheaper than parcel post so use the shipping calculator to get the best deal!

Rules of returns: you are responsible for the return postage on returned items. It is your responsibility to pay for shipping the item back to me and uploading tracking to eBay.  I don’t reimburse shipping fees so please ask if you have a question before purchasing.

International Bidders:
Duty (VAT Tax): If I am shipping to you outside of the United States, the country of destination may impose a Duty on that item. I have no control over whether they do, or how much. This is the sole responsibility of the recipient. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. I do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts", "samples" etc. - Government regulations prohibit such behavior. PLEASE do not ask or request this of me.
