Warranty

• We provide seven (7) days warranty on all of our products under normal use from defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship, starting the day the item was delivered.
• This warranty does not cover:

–       Products found to be defective after the warranty period has expired.

–       Products subjected to misuse or abuse, whether by accident or other causes.

–       Products damaged due to a natural disaster, including but not limited to lightning, flooding, earthquake, or fire.

• This warranty is limited to the original consumer, i.e. is not transferable to subsequent owners of the product.

Shipment

• We ship worldwide via DHL /TNT/FedEx express shipping.
• All orders will be shipped from Malaysia.
• Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and Malaysia holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
• Delivery time might be longer if the product is subject to inspection by your local customs.

Import Duties & Taxes

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
• International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes and charges that may incur.
• Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information before making the purchase.
• If the package is seized and destroyed by the customs or returned to us due to your refusal to pay the customs fees, we will not be responsible for the losses, product or shipping refunds.
• When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
