Pre-Loved we believe that Board Games need to be played, Jigsaws are best
enjoyed being built and models want to be painted, and our passion for
connecting hobbyists with their hobby drives us. So, if you are looking for a
bargain, or perhaps searching for an out of print publication you’ve come to
the right place.
We use the
following categories to identify the contents of all our items. Please note
that these are not a category of condition and all our items are Pre-Loved so
even the NEW items may have some cosmetic
damage.
NEW – a brand new item that is still in its original
wrapping
LIKE NEW – an item that is complete and has some of
its contents still sealed, or unused
COMPLETE – all parts are complete as per the rules
packet
PLAYABLE – some parts may be missing, however it does
not affect the playability of the game. Some parts may have been spares in the
first instance, or may be obtained online (in the case of game rules)
PARTS – the item is incomplete, it would require
additional parts to be able to play

Spend a day in the life of a Monsters University scaring student. Pay other monsters in screams and pick up report cards whilst collecting your favourite characters!

POSTAGE & PACKAGING
All items
will be dispatched at the latest; the next working day after payment has been
received.
All our
items will be securely packaged in one of two ways:
1.
For single wins the item will be packaged in brown
parcel paper and the edges will be taped off to protect the purchased item from
further wear and tear. Please see the final image for an example of how we
package our items for postage.
2.
For multiple wins the items will be sent in a
sturdy packing box with additional packing material added as needed.
All our
items are sent through Royal Mail, using a service that offers tracking and/or
delivery confirmation. This is to protect both the buyer and the seller should the
package go awry or suffer damage after dispatch.
Combined
postage is offered at a rate of £1.00 for each additional item after the first.
This is automatically calculated at checkout. Should you encounter any issues
with this please contact us and we will happily refund the difference using the
guidelines above. The only exception to this is if the combined weight of all
purchases exceeds 2KG, this may incur additional costs with the carrier and
should this happen we will be in touch to advise.

above.
We are sorry
that we do not offer postage outside the UK.
RETURNS
If the board
game purchased does not meet your expectations for condition then we will
happily offer a full refund once the item has been returned to us, at the
buyer’s expense. We ask that the buyer
provide us with any additional information on the reason for the return and to
avoid disappointment please inspect the attached images carefully, and read the
full description above.
