You are buying 4 center caps that fit 2001 to 2004 Sebring models that used 16" 8 spoke wheels or 17" 7 spoke wheels as well as and Town and Country models that used 16" 15 spoke aluminum or chrome wheels. These caps are small, a little over 2" in diameter and may well fit other models as well.  If you are unsure, ask me. Caps have some cosmetic blemishes and will fit fine. Quantity one means one set of 4 center caps. Your purchase is a legally binding contract so please read the entire description before purchasing.
