FAQ
What does Registered mean?
It means you already have at least 1 of the exact version (shiny, costume, etc.) already registered in your Pokedex.
What's a special trade?
A special trade is when you trade either a Shiny, Legendary, Purified, or Unregister Pokémon. Special trades cost extra stardust and can only be done once a day (some events allow for more than 1 a day). Regular, Unregistered Pokémon will cost 20,000 stardust.
What will my IV's be?
IV's are changed to random IV's after trading.
Wait, Pokémon have levels?
Yes, Pokémon have levels! Levels are the only thing that stay the same when traded. You can only receive Pokémon that are 5 levels above your trainer level that are weather boosted and 2 levels above that were CAUGHT as a weather boost. Being at a lower level than the Pokémon you are receiving by more than 5 levels will result in the Pokémon being scaled down to 5 levels above your own. Example: you are level 29 and buying a level 35 Pokémon. The Pokémon you receive will be level 34.
What does legacy mean?
Legacy is a term used for an exclusion move that the Pokemon cannot learn through the regular TM. The only way a Pokémon can receive a legacy move is through an elite TM. Most Legacy Pokemon obtain their legacy move from an exclusive limited time event.
