Both the vacuum head and canister are fully functional and are free of chips or dents:) There are some signs of wear such as scratches which can be seen in the photos, but does not affect the vacuum's performance.

The 5 foot or so vacuum head will be disassembled prior to shipping and will likely be mailed the next day Monday-Friday!
