It measures 5.5" x 8.5" and contains [xxi], 384, [1] pp., being a Facsimile of the August 1948 original printing, it contains over a dozen portrait illustrations and Appendices. It is bound in 1/4 green leather over gilt-decorated green cloth boards having all page edges gilded, with marbled endpapers and a green silk bookmark.
