This is a World War II era United States Navy Bureau of Aeronautics Training Division FUNDAMENTALS OF PRIMARY FLIGHT MANEUVERS (Maneuver Sheets), stated Second Edition and, per Worldcat, published in 1940 in Washington, D.C. in a quarto measuring 8" x 10.5" and containing 42 pp. including several illustrations, the First Edition having also been published in 1940, but only containing 33 pages.

Naval aviation became a cornerstone of American global military power.
