Your order will be shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48, or Parcelforce 24 Express for heavier items. 

Terms

All of your order items should be available, however in the rare occasion something in your order was not available we will refund that item and the associated shipping fee.

Order items could be unavailable due to one of several reasons, for example:

- Defective products with signs of deterioration.
- Products under active manufacturer recall.
- Products approaching / over Best Before dates.
- Invalid/Incorrect stock records.

Returns

You can return unwanted items to us for a refund, as long as they are in their original condition:

? Refuse the delivery, it will then be returned to sender and refunded within 14 days. 
? Do not collect the parcel, it will then be returned to sender when it exceeds the holding time at the depot and refunded within 14 days of being returned to us.

? Please include a note saying what is being returned and why.
? You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund.
? We do not refund opened and used items, or any intimate hygiene product.

Damaged, defective or expired item?
