This handsome cottage style "BED & BREAKFAST" wooden birdhouse is hand crafted and hand-painted by Mike & Mac "The birdhouse guys" of Ft. Smith in Arkansas, USA. Its brand is M & M DESIGNS.

The 12.5" tall sealed wood birdhouse features hand-painted meadow flowers on the front, which also has the Bed & Breakfast sign above 2 window/entry holes and one perch. The sides are vented, and the bottom is removable, supposedly for easy cleaning.

There is a loop attachment on the back wall for hanging or as a freestanding birdhouse. It is suitable for both indoor decoration or outdoor use for birds!

It is pre-owned and is like-new just out of the box. Clean and excellent condition. The maker's label is intact. There is a slight bend of the roof front corner edge, which can be straightened.  Please see the last photo.

Measurements: 12.5 inches in height, 6 inches across, and 6 inches in depth.
