This is for a repair service. You are not purchasing the device. This is for the repair, or replacement of the mainboard. This will cover issues where the unit is:

• charging but not turning on
• not turning on and has a constant dim green light
  
• crashing, freezing or randomly restarting
  
• not connecting to cameras, always has low signal, or randomly disconnecting
  

This service also includes a new charging port, and your device will be fully tested to ensure all functions are working.

- Once received, it will be repaired the same day, and dispatched by the next

* Postage can be purchased on the Royal Mail site for £2.85. You can also arrange for them to collect and bring the labels, at no extra cost.
