This is for a hard drive, set up with Windows, caddy, and base screws.

No technical knowledge is required. Simply fit the drive, let it automatically install the drivers for your machine, and you're good to go!

The drive comes fully set-up with a fresh install of Windows, including all the latest updates as well as some essential software:

• Windows Defender Antivirus - just as good as third-party antiviruses, without the additional bloat
• LibreOffice - a free Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) alternative, which can open and save Office file types
• Mozilla Firefox web browser + adblocker add-on
• VLC Media Player - play any file type videos
• 7-Zip - open and create compressed archives(.zip, .rar, .7z, etc)
• Software manager which has a catalogue of over 300 popular programs to quickly and easily install from, and automatically keeps them up-to-date

Free from bloatware, with none of the unnecessary software that computer manufacturers include, and all non-essential Microsoft apps removed (these can be installed from the Microsoft Store if wanted).

Privacy focused, with the Windows tracking/spying disabled and only open-source software installed.

All the software is personally recommended as it's what I use myself. 

This is a genuine version of Windows, not an illegal "pre-activated" one. Activation is required.

If your computer came with Windows 10/8.1/8 installed from new then you don't need to do anything. The license is into the hardware and Windows will automatically activate.

If your computer came with Windows 7 then will need to enter your 25-digit license key which found on the Windows CoA label. This is usually on the case for desktops, and on the base or under the battery for laptops, and in the following format: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX.

If you have your own Windows 10/8.1/8/7 product key or are planning to buy one, then these can be activated the same way as above.

Hard drives have passed thorough write/read tests, and pass SMART checking, ensuring they are at 100% health.

Drives come with a 90 day RTB warranty. If there happen to be any hardware issues in that time it can be returned for a replacement.

Orders are well-packed and sent by the next working day, using Royal Mail. 1st class postage is available at checkout if needed.
