Can't really count this as a "laptop writing desk" because of its size. I could see this being used on top of a countertop at a store or business back in the day. It still would function nicely for that, to be honest.
It has an old style lock and clasp, no key unfortunately.
Here are the measurements:
It is about 20" wide, and 20.25" in depth and sits about 9.5" heigh. It has a slanted hinged top. The opening when open is about 11". It weighs over 17 pounds.
It is in great overall condition. There is evidence of some fill in spots that I'm guessing were there originally. One small spot on the side, but overall very structurally sound.
This is going to be very awkward to package and ship. I have down local pickup and I'm willing to drive about an hour or so from southern Maine to meet someone for a drop off. I have put the dimensions and weight in for shipping this, and I will refund any overage for shipping after it's fully packaged.
