Smoke free home, eyes do light up (with batteries, not included).  Includes figures pictured and I did manage to find one missile for him.  The figures do have some paint wear (the green one especially).  Ships well packaged in a sturdy box with included insurance. Make sure you look at all shipping options, the cheapest is not always listed first.
