Description of item for sale:

This lovely Louis XV pedestal is from France and it dates to the early 1900's.  It is made from solid walnut and is highly carved on all sides.  The height makes it especially suitable for display of a piece of art, a plant or a flower arrangement.  Overall it is in very good condition with the usual amounts of nicks and scratches in a piece this old.  Note the seam/crack in the bottom panel of the stand (see photos).   Dimensions: 39.75" tall, 15" wide and 15" deep.  (1607)
