About Gohyah tea:
Momordica charantia, known as bitter melon, bitter gourd, bitter squash or balsam-pear in English, has many other local names. Goya from Okinawan and karela from Sanskrit are also used by English-language speakers. It is a tropical and subtropical vine of the family Cucurbitaceae, widely grown in Asia, Africa, and the Caribbean for its edible fruit, which is extremely bitter. Its many varieties differ substantially in the shape and bitterness of the fruit. Bitter melon originated on the Indian subcontinent, and was introduced into China in the 14th century.
Bitter Gourd Tea derives from wild bitter gourd grown in natural environment (fresh air, natural water & mineral) and rich soil. They are not exposed to chemical through commercial cultivation. It is a natural drinking tea which contains no artificial color, preservative, flavoring and sugar. It is also formulated with the combination of ancient and modern technology to retain the minerals / vitamins.Bitter Gourd helps with the lowering of Blood Sugar in Diabetecs.
Brewing Guide:
1. Put 4g to 5g of Gohyah Tea into a teapot with the boiling water at 100C.
2. Leave to infuse for 1 or 2 minutes
3. Same amount of tea can be prepared by pouring water into it for 3 or 4 times
4. Put 10g Gohya with 150g meat and add 2 bowls of fresh water, then steam. You will have a delicious and healthful soup
Storage:
Get sealed and put in the cool cold place or refrigerator, with the tempreture of 0-18 degrees(Attention must be paid to: make sure the tea is sealed up, meanwhile can not put together with another odor, in case of taint of odour
