Neiman Marcus Dangling Royal Blue & Rhinestone Pierced Earrings

I would go so far as to say these are sapphire blue.  But they are NOT precious stones.  These are high end costume jewelry.  Never worn. 

If I had pierced ears I would keep these and wear them whenever I went out.  Truly stunning.
