- All order are posted the next business day AFTER the orders are processed. 

- We use Australia Post Track Letter to reduce the cost of shipping and the cost of the product for customer overall. We provide tracking numbers to all orders for security unlike “Untracked Letters” where there are no insurance or security for lost parcel. 

- However, depending on your location you might be asked to directly pick up your item at your nearest post office (a small amount $$ may be charged). If this is the case, please provide us the receipt and our team will reimburse you back the amount.
