These personalised cake toppers are individually designed and cut - guaranteeing they are perfect for any occasion.
Only the highest quality, premium low-shed glitter card is used to prevent the cake from being contaminated.
Each topper has a plain white surface on the back to ensure the food safe bamboo skewers and glue dots provided will stick correctly. We provide these unmounted so our customers can make the best decision on the skewer height and placement depending on their cake.
The cake toppers measure minimum 6 inches in width with the height being in direct proportion – depending on the text chosen.

HOW TO ORDER?

2. Please send details of your personalisation
- This can be done at checkout by clicking add a note to the seller through PayPal notes
- Click Save (Please don't forget this)

If a personalisation has not been requested within 48 hours:
A standard ‘Happy Birthday’ cake topper without personalisation in the colour selected at checkout will be sent.
Please note, we suggest only a first name. Using more letters makes the font size decrease.

MISTAKES & CANCELLATIONS
We understand mistakes can happen and we will try our best to amend your order, however, on occasions we aren’t able to make any changes. This is usually because the item you’ve ordered has already gone into production.
All items sold by us enter production 30 minutes after the order has been placed - this enables us to dispatch your order(s) within 24 hours. Unfortunately, once an order has been received by our production team we cannot cancel it.
Kindly note, the colour selected from the drop-down menu will be the colour produced. Please do not order any colour and write a different colour in the notes. The production staff can only see what you have ordered via the drop-down menu. If you are having issues selecting the colour you would like please message us so we can resolve any issues you are experiencing.

DELIVERY
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours or same day if ordered before 8 am.
Orders are posted in cardboard backed envelopes to ensure protection via Royal Mail 1st Class, however, this is not guaranteed next day delivery and we cannot be responsible for any delays.
Therefore, we advise leaving a week before your cake topper(s) are needed when ordering to account for any delays in the postal system.
