Thoroughly cleaned, smoke free home. She has her original dress and one arm cuff and also still has butterfly in her hair, but is missing her ring and everything else she might have come with. Her wings are on ball joints and can be rotated all around and she has beautiful inset eyes. Her hair has been washed and detangled, but it is very frizzy.
