Note: this an original vintage blueprint- one of a set of 22 by yacht designer L. Francis Herreshoff for the schooner "Marco Polo" (LOA 55', LWL 48'9, BEAM 10', DRAFT 5'6), design #85. Each drawing is listed separately, this listing is for:

Drawing #2-22: Attachment of the Backstays
Size:  40 1/2" W x 25 1/2" H

Condition as seen in pics.

PLEASE READ:
Although not dated, all 22 drawings are original vintage, not new. The paper is legit blueprint paper and the condition indicates that the plans are older. However, this is not my area of expertise and I can't say for certain if they're the actual blueprints made and signed by L. Francis Herreshoff or just really good, but still vintage, reproductions. From my (non expert) research, Herreshoff designed the Marco Polo in 1946 for a "How to Build" series in Rudder Magazine. To me, these are collectibles: I don't know if the information is complete or will accurately build you a boat- however, they'll look great framed!! Those of you looking at this listing certainly know more than I do about boat design, so forgive me if my information isn't better.

Condition of the 22 plans is mostly good. A few have small tears (especially at the fold creases) and/or a couple of other nicks/scuffs/marks. Pics in listing should clearly show the imperfections, but if you have any questions please message me.

All sales are final, so please be sure to check measurements carefully and ask questions if needed. Unfortunately, I can't ship to PO boxes and I don't ship internationally.

Thanks for looking.

Note: I give as much detail as possible in my listings, especially regarding measurements. Please check all measurements carefully- most often they are in the item description and also in the listing photos with a tape measure. If you have any questions regarding fit, or cut (or anything else), I'll be glad to help. Check the measurements and view the pictures closely, thank you.
