1/64 custom unmarked police cruiser.

I took a stock Greenlight brand Ford crown victoria, removed the Seattle police decals, and turned it into an unmarked blue vehicle.

Note : There are holes on the front bumper where a pushbar used to be, and holes on top of the roof where a light bar used to sit.

Makes a great starting point for your custom projects.
