It is SUPER RARE as it is the FIRST BATCH of NGC banknote printed in France in 2010 {From 2012 ( there is no printing of NGC banknote for 2011) onwards all NGC banknotes are printed in Philippines}. In addition, it is RARE to have Single Prefix Low number note, especially the 200 peso Low No. note. It is Rare with the late Aquino III's signature & the 2010 note is " RUSH PRINTING" as Aquino III became Philippines President in June 30, 2010.
