Delivery:

Deliveries are scheduled between 7 am and 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Please be aware that deliveries are made to the main door of the property only.

Specific timeslots or calls before delivery are not available, but the courier will provide a delivery window by text to your registered phone number on the day of delivery.

Our standard delivery includes a 1 working day handling time, plus an additional 24-48 hours for delivery.

Return:

For a successful transaction, please ensure you provide the correct address and choose the right size to suit your needs.

In case of damage or incorrect size delivery, please refrain from using the mattress and keep it in its original packaging. Contact us on eBay immediately. Our team will make every effort to resolve your issue, and we will cover the return charges.

We do not sell used mattresses for a hygienic concerns, so if you unwrap the mattress , it will be considered as used, and we may not be able to accept the return.

in the event that you are not satisfied with the mattress and wish to return it, you will be responsible for covering the return delivery charges.

Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
