Product Description.

Spot welder can be used for platinum. Gold. K gold. Steel fast welding, on the ring mouth, melon buckle. Fine wire welding, direct welding without welding powder, smooth welding joints. Adopt plasma high frequency discharge principle, in the metal welding mouth instantly form a molten pool. Adjust the output power according to the different size of the wire. The welded workpiece is smooth, firm, fast and efficient.

 

Installation and commissioning.

1. Electrode clamp connects to output negative pole, electrode holder connects to output positive pole.

2. The tungsten needle can be sharpened on the grinder, using the principle of discharge work.

3. The diameter of tungsten needle is 1.5mm.

 

Operation steps.

1. Turn on the power, open the power switch.

2. Adjust the power knob, divided into coarse and fine adjustment, according to the requirements of the work can be adjusted to any scale value.

3. Use tweezers to hold the workpiece, the workpiece interface against the tungsten needle (distance of 5mm) the workpiece can not be contacted.

4. Use your foot to step on the foot switch, (remove your foot) spot welding is complete.

 

Note: 1.

1. The foot can not be a long time to step on the foot switch, step on it immediately removed, such as a long time to step on the switch, the machine is in a short-circuit state, will burn the internal circuitry.

2. This machine is please use with care.

3. The flash is harmful to the eyes, please take protective measures when using.

4. When you step on the foot switch, do not touch the tungsten needle and tweezers at the same time the metal part of the hand, otherwise there will be a sense of needling.
