Description of item for sale: This finely made wall sconce is from France and it dates to 1911 (date carved in the back) It is hand carved from solid walnut wood and initialed by the woodcarver.  It is in very good antique condition with only very minor nicks and scratches consistent with its age and no woodworm or dry rot.  As we do with all of our furniture, we finished it with a coat of antique grade paste wax that will maintain its beauty for years to come.  Dimensions: 17" tall, 14-1/2" wide and 7.5" thick.  (1712)
