Vintage Blue 1973 Jim Beam Genie Bottle Liquor Decanters
Matched Pair from Same Estate
* I Dream of Jeannie TV Show Nostalgia or MCM Decorative Bottles

These are very nice super clean late Mid-Century decanter bottles in the popular shape most often known as "Jeannie" bottles after the* "I Dream of Jeannie" 1960's television show starring Barbara Eden and Larry Hagman.

The stoppers fit tight, and they still have their original Portugal corks with plastic disc seals around them (the plastic seals are a little rough in spots from being opened and closed).  There are absolutely no faults or damage to the glass, and they are clean inside and out.  These were never used as flower vases, so the glass is clear and void of any hard water deposits, cloudiness, or staining.  I actually pulled these from the back of liquor cabinet at a mid-century ranch farm home estate sale.  They had parts of their yellowed tattered broken paper seals still on them, which did come off when I washed them prior to taking photos.

They are a beautiful blue color of glass, but the brighter the light the more aqua they look over cobalt blue.  At times, one looks a tiny bit darker than the other, but that could also just be lighting, or it could be that it has areas where the glass is a bit thicker.  I'm sure there are no two exactly alike and the pair would display well on the ends of a fireplace mantel or shelf with other collected glass or displayed, or even used, in a decanter collection behind the bar.  They have a very cool retro MCM vibe!
