Hindu Deity God Shiva playing on drum/damaru, it is made of gilt patinated bronze red painted on bottom, 
heavy weight paperweight 366g. 
The damaru is know as power drum, and when played, it is believed to generate spiritual energy. 
According to Hindu mythology Shiva is the lord of the Cosmic dance and cosmic sound of AUM, from which the entire universe is generated.
