Important notes / FAQs:
-Ebay store – please visit our ebay seller’s store (see
account name top right of page and click door icon) – for full inventory list

-The advertised price is for the machine / part only and
does not include shipping. Local pick up is allowed or shipping can be
organized for you at an additional fee. We will ship to any destination. You
will be asked about collection/shipping at time of checkout.
-Payment will be by credit card only for this item. Please
contact us to organize payment through the Quickbooks secure online payment
platform (no card details will ever be requested by ISCA over the phone/by
email). No CC merchant fee will be charged. The price you see on the screen is
the price you pay. A full ISCA pro-forma invoice will be issued to you.
-Handling times vary widely for a number of reasons, the
main one being some items are passed through our workshop if required, but only
when we have interest in the item – this is simply due to the large amount of
inventory we hold and are always working on – please contact us for an accurate
delivery date of your item.
-Sales tax may be charged depending on your location in the
USA. For non-USA customers - all applicable local taxes/duties are the
responsibility of the buyer.
-Equipment condition / terms
-New equipment (not incl open box/ex demo) is sold with 12
months warranty on parts if explicitly stated in writing. All new equipment
sales are final. ISCA do not accept returns.
-Used/Pre-owned
equipment (incl open box/ex demo) - ISCA sell pre-owned equipment on an AS-IS or Refurbished
basis.
AS-IS Basis:
ISCA offer
pre-owned equipment on an AS-IS basis to keep costs as low as possible for
buyers, and to offer the widest possible selection. A machine sold in AS-IS
condition could be in good to excellent condition with hardly any use, or it
may require some parts to be repaired/replaced on delivery or over time.
ISCA will
disclose in good faith to the buyer all of the information they are in
possession of at that time for a pre-owned machine, including but not limited
to; video of operation, photos and manuals, and will do their best to answer
any questions on the machine.
Due to the
wide range of machinery sold over such a large geographical area, the buyer
acknowledges and accepts it would be unreasonable to assume ISCA could be an
expert across every type of pre-owned machine, brand and local marketplace.
The buyer
acknowledges and accepts that ISCA may have a limited knowledge of the
machine's history and operation, and that ISCA may not have inspected the
machine in granular detail due to the time and costs involved of such an
inspection.
ISCA
strongly urge all potential buyers to inspect pre-owned machinery on site, in
person, whenever possible, or via video and to ask as many questions as they
need to satisfy themselves a machine is correct for their facility and
application.
ISCA do not offer warranty or returns on pre-owned equipment sold ‘as-is’. All
sales of pre-owned equipment sold ‘as-is’ are final. The buyer waives any other
implied warranty and except for expressly stated herein ISCA makes no other
warranties concerning the goods whatsoever.
Refurbished
Basis:
ISCA will
agree to the specification and scope of the refurbishment with the buyer, and
provide a budgetary quote for carrying out the work in writing. The customer
can then decide whether to buy the machine refurbished by ISCA or organize
locally at their expense and risk.
ISCA offer a
6 month warranty on the parts of refurbished equipment only. The buyer waives
any other implied warranty and except for expressly stated herein ISCA makes no
other warranties concerning the goods whatsoever.
ISCA do not
accept returns on refurbished pre-owned equipment. All sales of refurbished
pre-owned equipment are final.
-Delivery issues – ISCA
employ trusted specialist third party logistics companies to ensure you receive
your goods safely and efficiently. Buyers must inspect their delivery with the
delivering driver on delivery, and report any damage of their goods to the
delivery driver, noting the damage on the delivery paperwork, and ensuring the
driver and the buyer both have copies of this report. The damage must then be
reported to ISCA in writing with pictures within 24 hours. If the above actions
are not followed we cannot guarantee a complete remedy of the issue in your
favor. The onus is on the buyer to inspect their delivery and sign for it only
when they are happy it has been delivered not damaged. DO NOT LET THE DRIVER
DROP AND DRIVE AWAY, AND ALWAYS BE ON HAND TO SEE GOODS IN PERSONALLY.
